1. Cut your cardboard so that it measures 15 x 22 cm. Then on the long side, measure 10.25 centimeters and emboss a line using your bone folder and a ruler.

|
2. Turn the cardboard around 180° and emboss again a line at the 10.25 centimeter width.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Now you have about 1.5 centimeters at the center of your cardboard. This will be the height of your memo pad holder.

|
|
|
|
4. Bend at the folded lines.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Use either the stick glue or the double-sided tape and cover both sides with scrapbook paper. If you choose to use stick glue, let the glue dry before continuing with this project. Otherwise, the paper may shift when you fold the holder.

|
|
|
|
6. Tape your organza ribbon to the outside of the holder at the middle section. Leave about 25 centimeter ends hanging on both sides.
|
|

|
|
|
|
7. To decorate the front, you need two different papers. From one paper, cut two rectangles to measure 9.75 x 14.25 centimeters in size. From the second paper cut rectanlges to measure 9.5 x 14 centimeters.

8. Round off all the corners of the two smaller rectangles.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
9. These are how the corners look after being rounded.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
10. Now you can adhere them to the two larger rectangles.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
11. Then place double-sided adhesive on the backside of the two rectangles.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
